Where are the products made?

Our raw products are responsibly sourced in Pakistan, Bangladesh and China. We take great care in the selection of our suppliers and their commitment to high ethical and production standards.

In practice, that means our supplying partners are regular members and certified by BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), the FWF (Fair Wear Foundation), following the standards OEKO-Tex, GOTS, OCS, GRS, and a PETA-approved vegan standard (where applicable)

The blancs are then printed on and refined with great attention to detail in our artist’s workshop in Germany.

Whats the best way to wash and care for the products?

To ensure the utmost durability and enjoyment from your garments,
please take care to

  • Machine Wash at 30 degrees max.
  • Do not bleach the product
  • Do not tumble dry the product
  • Iron inside out
  • Do not utilize professional / chemical / dry cleaning

How can I order from BAD PORTIER?

 

The products on our site are sorted by categories. On each product page you will find information about the available sizes and colors, as well as a description of the item and information about its composition. After clicking on the product image, the zoom function will open, allowing you to take a closer look at the item.

 

To order an item of your choice, the following steps are necessary:

 

  • Select the desired color and size of the item.
  • Add it to your shopping cart.
  • When you have finished shopping, simply click on the shopping cart.
  • Choose the shipping method and payment method.
  • Enter your shipping address and on the following page your payment information.
  • Verify that the information provided is correct and then click “Complete Order”.
  • Already after a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all information about your order. The employees of our department store will take care of everything else.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive another confirmation email.

 

What products can I buy online from BAD PORTIER?

 

The BAD PORTIER Website showcases our Ready-To-Wear collection, which consists of various items along numerous categories. Please be aware that the products for sale in our online retail offer are the only products available for purchase at this point in time. If you would like to be informed about product restocks or new collection releases, please kindly subscribe to our BAD PORTIER newsletter.

Ordering and Shipping

Which payment methods are accepted?

At this point in time, all accepted payment methods are listed in the footer our webshop. They consist of Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa Card, AMEX, Discover. Additionally, during extended checkout, you are given the possibility to pay via SOFORT (instant bank transfer within DE) or Nachnahme (cash on delivery within DE).
 

How much does shipping cost?

The detailed amount of shipping costs can be found in our “Shipping” section and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery usually take?

As per our experience, your order takes an average of 1-2 working days to leave our warehouse. After leaving our facilities, please refer to our delivery partner and the designated tracking information for changes in the delivery.

How can I track my order?

 

 

As soon as your ordered items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link from the shipping provider where you can track your order at any time. If this link does not work, please contact the responsible supplier.

I have not received a confirmation after placing my order. What can I do?

 

Please check your spam folder and make sure that our service contact concierge@badportier.com is set as safe senders in your email account settings. This will ensure that the anti-spam filter does not block our emails. If after performing the above steps, the problem still persists, please contact our customer service with the contact information outlined below. We will be happy to help you!

 

I recieved a damaged or wrong product. What can I do?

 

Our artist’s workshop employees take the utmost care in packaging your hand-crafted order with great attention to detail. In the rare case of a mishap, please kindly inform our service contact immediately so we can take care of your request.

 

Can I edit or cancel my order?

 

 

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, as long as subsequent changes are possible. As soon as the order is in active fulfilment, unfortunately, subsequent changes or cancellations are not possible. However, you may utilise our 30-day return policy upon reception of your product by returning the order in its original condition.

How can I return my order?

 

 

Please click on the menu item “Returns & Exchange” to get to our Returns section. Here you will find information and detailed instructions on returning your order and making use of your return politcy.

 

 

Can I make the return with a courier of my choice?

 

 

Despite DHL being our delivery partner of choice and us providing you with a free return label, you may choose a delivery service of your choice to return your order back to us. 

 

Please note, however that we cannot assume any liability in case of theft or loss if you do not use the return label provided free of charge as part of our return policy. Additionally, in order to ensure a quick turnaround time, we need all information regarding your order. This includes last name, first name, order number and product name(s).

 

Refund

How long does it take to get a refund for items purchased online?

The refund duration depends, among other things, on how quickly your goods are processed in our warehouse inbound (approximately 3-4 working days). Here it can also extend up to 7 working days due to a high workload. 

 

As soon as we recieve the returned order and the quality check was successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. The duration of the refund processing however depends on the selected payment method. For illustration purposes, take the following example cases:

 

Credit Card: Our bank will complete the transfer within 7 business days from the receipt of the confirmation email. However, how long it takes for the amount to be credited to your credit card depends on your credit card company.

 

PayPal: The amount will be credited to your PayPal account within 24 hours from the receipt of the confirmation email. 

 

Bank Transfer: The refund will be made directly to your bank account. The amount should be visible on your bank statement 5 days from the receipt of our confirmation.

 

 

Authenticity

 How do I know my BAD PORTIER product is genuine?

 

The authenticity of our products is guaranteed if you purchase them exclusively from the official badportier.com website. If you see our products on other sites and are concerned about the authenticity of your third person purchase, please contact our support to contribute to the protection of our brand.
