What’s the best way to care for and wash the products?

To help preserve the quality, fit and appearance of our garments, we recommend the following:

– Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C.
– Wash inside out.
– Do not bleach.
– Do not tumble dry.
– Iron inside out.
– Do not use professional or dry cleaning services unless stated otherwise.

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days.

Each order undergoes a final quality inspection before shipping.

RETURNS

How can I return my order?

To start a return, please email us at info@badportier.com and let us know which items you would like to return.
We will provide you with further instructions.

Can I make the return with a courier of my choice?

Yes. You may choose a courier of your choice to return your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot assume liability for loss or damage during shipment.

To ensure smooth processing, please include all relevant order information:
– First and last name.
– Order number.
– Returned item(s).

REFUND

How long does it take to get a refund for items purchased online?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 3–4 working days (up to 7 during high volume periods).
After confirmation, the refund will be issued to your original payment method:

– Credit / Debit Card: up to 7 working days, depending on your card provider.
– Apple Pay / Google Pay: up to 7 working days, depending on your provider.
