Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical retail store. However, you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If your order included complimentary items or promotional gifts, these must also be returned.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@badportier.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together; or
-
on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
