RETURN POLICY

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn and in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

If you return an order, all complimentary gift and promotional items included with it must also be returned. We can only accept the return and process your refund once all free items have been received.

To start a return, please contact us via email at info@badportier.com and let us know which items you would like to return. We will then provide you with further instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered and must be arranged by the customer.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and has passed our quality check, the refund will be processed within a few working days. The exact timing depends on the original payment method used.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
