When will my order be shipped?Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are usually dispatched on the same or next business day. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. How can I return my order?Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Who covers the return shipping costs?Return shipping costs depend on the destination country. You are free to choose the shipping carrier for your return. How long does it take to receive my refund?Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
