All orders are shipped with DHL and are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

RETURNS

BAD PORTIER offers a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Eligible items may be returned within this period provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy can be registered through your customer account. Once the return has been registered, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.

For the voluntary 30-day return, a return label may be provided. The following fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

Germany: €7.00
European Union: €15.00
Non-EU: €20.00

In the case of a statutory withdrawal within 14 days, this flat fee does not apply. In this case, the purchase price as well as the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered will be refunded in full. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The customer may arrange the return independently using a shipping carrier of their choice.
