RETURNS

BAD PORTIER offers a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Eligible items may be returned within this period, unworn, unused and in their original packaging, including all labels and tags.

Returns can be requested through your customer account. Once your request has been received, you will be provided with the next steps in the return process.

The following fee will be deducted from your refund for providing a return shipping label:

• Germany: €7.00
• EU: €15.00
• Non-EU: €20.00
