Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders over €300.

Returns

  • Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, returns can be registered within 30 days of receiving the goods.

  • For the voluntary 30-day return, a return label may be provided. The following fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

    Germany: €7.00
    European Union: €15.00
    Non-EU: €20.00

  • In the case of a statutory withdrawal within 14 days, this flat fee does not apply. In this case, the purchase price as well as the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered will be refunded in full. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The customer may arrange the return independently using a shipping carrier of their choice.
