RETURN POLICY

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

If you return an order, any complimentary gifts or promotional items included with the order must also be returned. A return and refund can only be processed once all complimentary items have been received.

To start a return, please contact us by email at info@badportier.com. We will then provide you with further instructions regarding the return process.

A return label fee will be deducted from your refund:

Germany: €7.00
EU: €15.00
Non-EU: €20.00

Alternatively, you may use a shipping carrier of your choice. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and passed our quality inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
