RETURN POLICY

BAD PORTIER offers a voluntary 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Eligible items may be returned within this period provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Any complimentary gifts or promotional items included with your order must also be returned. Returns and refunds will only be processed once all associated items have been received.

Returns can be registered through your customer account. Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.

The following fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our return label:

• Germany: €7.00
  
• EU: €15.00
  
• Non-EU: €20.00
  

Alternatively, you may return your order using a shipping carrier of your choice. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, compensation for any resulting loss in value may be required in accordance with applicable law. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, you may return the original item and place a new order.
