The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal data relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Data that you submit through the Services is shared with Shopify as well as with third parties that may be located in countries other than your country of residence in order to provide and improve the Services for you.

This may include, in particular, transfers of personal data to Shopify Inc. in Canada as well as to Shopify companies and service providers in the United States and other countries.
