Return Policy

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

If your order included any complimentary or promotional items, these must also be returned.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 30 days through our Returns Portal.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a few business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@badportier.com.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

For orders placed within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies.
