Return Policy
BAD PORTIER offers a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Eligible items may be returned within this period provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
Any complimentary gifts or promotional items included with your order must also be returned. Returns and refunds will only be processed once all associated items have been received.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@badportier.com.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one item or several items as part of a single order and they are delivered together;

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
